Dear Colleagues and Friends,
We are pleased to invite you to attend the 30th Conference of the International Society for Chronobiology (ISC), which will be held in Warsaw, Poland from 2 to 5 July 2019.
The 30th ISC Conference is organized at the University of Warsaw, which is the largest university in Poland and belongs to the top 3% of universities in the world. It is situated in the Warsaw old town among historical buildings, in a walking distance from the Royal Palace and Vistula river.
Conference participants will have the opportunity for scientific exchange during symposia, and thematic and poster sessions covering all areas of chronobiology. Three keynote speakers have already confirmed their participation: Prof. Christian Cajochen, Prof. Derk-Jan Dijk, and Prof. Francesco Portaluppi.
Please follow the conference website for updates http://chronobiology2019.org/
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Warsaw!
Best regards,
Konrad S. Jankowski
Dear Chronobiology Colleagues:
On behalf of the local organizing committee, it is our great honor to invite you to attend the 29th Conference of the International Society for Chronobiology (ISC) that will be held in the Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou (http://www.starwoodhotels.com/fourpoints/property/overview/index.html?propertyID=3757&EM=VTY_FP_3757_SUZHOU_PROP_OVERVIEW), Suzhou, China, October 24 (Sunday) to October 28 (Friday), 2016.
The Conference theme will be "Chronobiology for Better Health and Bright Future". Because it is an occasion of the tenth anniversary of establishing the Chinese Society for Chronobiology, a Celebration Ceremony and a Symposium on "Translational Chronobiology" will be held October 23-24 just before the ISC Conference.
Suzhou is well known for its ancient gardens and picturesque scenery. As the great traveler Marco Polo described as “Heaven on Earth”, Suzhou features a unique style of “small bridges, running water and households” as “Venice in Orient”. There are two major international airports: the Shanghai Pudong International Airport (http://en.shairport.com/pudongair.html) and the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (http://en.shairport.com/hongqiaoair.html), which are approximately 75 miles or 45 miles from Suzhou, respectively.
Following the traditions of the ISC Conference, you will enjoy plenary symposia, concurrent thematic sessions/symposia, and poster sessions, covering all chronobiological areas:
Additional information and the conference web site including preliminary program and deadlines for application and abstract submission will be forthcoming shortly.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Suzhou, China in late October 2016!
Sincerely,
Han Wang
Bucharest, Romania 4-8th June 2014
Abstract submission will be open from December 20, 2013. The deadline for abstract submission is 1 st of February, 2014. Abstracts received after 1 st of February, 2014, will not be accepted.
Dear ISC Member,
The ISC Board opens the request for proposals to organize the 29th Conference of the International Society for Chronobiology, to be held in 2016.
Those members of the ISC interested in organizing the conference should send their proposals to the attention of the ISC Board (rhermida@uvigo.es), including proper description of the following items:
Please send at least a preliminary proposal with all the information on the items listed above that you are able to gather BEFORE FEBRUARY 1, 2014. The ISC Board will need a definitive proposal with all required information for proposals found potentially acceptable not later than May 15, 2014. Proposals might include all additional information you believe could be relevant. The ISC Board will carefully evaluate all proposals and will take a decision as soon as possible in order to provide enough time to the selected Local Organizing Committee.
Warm regards,
Prof. Ramón C. Hermida, Ph.D.
Secretary/Treasurer ISC
Welcome to the ICC 2012.
We, the members of the Local Organising Committee, are very pleased to invite you to Delhi to participate in the International Congress of Chronobiology, being held at the University of Delhi from October 3 - 7, 2012.
This is a joint congress of the 27th conference of the International Society for Chronobiology and 24th conference of the Indian Society for Chronobiology. This is first ever conference of the International Society for Chronobiology in the Indian sub-continent. It is a great occasion that we not only actively participate in this Congress but also share, discuss and exchange our ideas on diverse aspects of Chronobiology. Together, we may be able to outline future research goals so as to benefit the mankind and other living beings. In view of this, we have outlined a focal theme for this Congress, entitled, “Biological Clocks and Health Issues in the 21st Century”.
The Congress offers plenary lectures, thematic symposia in both oral and poster sessions. This website would be able to provide you the relevant information on important dates, organization, conference venue, registration, scientific program, abstract submission, accommodation, social activities, pre- and post congress tours, and other useful links for additional information.
We sincerely wish having you as the Congress participant in Delhi in October 2012. In addition to be able to learn some of the most recent advances in Chronobiology, you may also see this as an opportunity where you will meet old friends and colleagues, and may initiate new relationships with other Chronobiologists working in areas similar to your own.
Looking forward to meeting you in Delhi in October 2012
